Joshua Eisenberg

Joshua Eisenberg, originally from Los Angeles, brings years of management and institutional real estate experience. He started his career with Hackman Capital Partners in Los Angeles, focusing on the acquisition and management of institutional and value-add industrial real estate nationwide. Josh was active in the company’s auction and liquidation of industrial equipment. At Lane Capital Partners of Manhattan, Josh was involved in the acquisition and servicing of a nationwide portfolio of distressed performing and non performing commercial mortgage loans. He also worked in Prague as the business manager of Target Gate, Inc., a software development startup company with multiple international offices.

Josh received his Bachelors of Arts from Brown University in 2000, with a concentration in Russian Language in Literature. After spending almost 5 years living, studying, and working in Europe and Israel, Josh returned to earn his MBA in International Finance from Brandeis University in 2008.

Eli Aron

Eli Aron has 20 years’ real estate experience in the New Jersey markets. As owner and manager of Aron Realty LLC, Eli has been involved in closing several hundred real estate transactions. He has been active as an investor and manager of multifamily and mixed use properties, as well as distressed notes collateralized by properties in New Jersey, New York, and nationwide.

Eli received his education in both America and Israel. He brings a wealth of knowledge and skill regarding property valuation, negotiations and closings. Eli has been involved in several property renovations, including gut rehabs, and has extensive experience working with and overseeing architects, engineers, contractors, and industry professionals.

Josh Mann

Josh M. Mann, Esq. comes to Seaview after 10 years as an attorney and three years as a partner at two of New Jersey’s largest law firms. Josh also served as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel at one of the State's largest developers. While in private practice, Josh represented clients in some of New Jersey’s largest and highest profile redevelopment projects, in complex transactions as well as before land use boards throughout the state. Josh’s practice also included representing clients in the purchase and disposition of distressed assets as well as litigation post-purchase. A regular speaker on redevelopment and distressed assets, Josh also served as Special Counsel to the New Jersey Builder’s Association where he helped draft legislation and testified before both State Assembly and Senate committees as an expert on foreclosures.

Josh is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he majored in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science, and Rutgers Law School in Newark, where he served as a Governor’s Executive Fellow through the Eagleton Institute of Politics.
